Summary of Amendments to the Governing Documents

The following amendment was approved by Council at the March 7, 2024, meeting:

• Regulation 11-1 Dues and Fees was amended to note that the dues collected by CPA Ontario on behalf of CPA Canada, for the period April 1^st and ending March 31^st of the following year, will be prorated given the conclusion of CPA Ontario’s current agreement with CPA Canada effective December 20, 2024.
