Forms to Complete After Receiving Notification of the Date of Practice Inspection

All offices to be inspected in 2018-2019 (being inspection numbers commencing with I18 or R18, followed by four digits) will receive a letter confirming the date of the practice inspection visit (or, for an inspection being conducted as a desk inspection, the timeline for submission of requested client files and other information to CPA Ontario) and requesting the completion of certain forms. Those forms have been updated for 2018-2019; offices should note that only the updated forms (i.e., those with “18” prepopulated into the PI# boxes at the top of each form) will be accepted by the inspectors.  Forms which offices might have downloaded and saved in respect of previous inspections are no longer valid.
