DECA prepares youth to be ready to face the business world. Join 15,000+ elite business students across Ontario. Take part in competitions and conferences. Connect with an alumni network of corporate professionals and learn about their industries. You can find CPA Ontario at their Provincial Competitions, Leadership Development Academy (LDA), pre-ICDC and other events throughout the year.
In collaboration with the University of Toronto Scarborough accounting department, students in grades 11 and 12 can participate in this virtual hackathon. The event includes networking opportunities, workshops by industry professionals and a chance for students to solve real world problems with the case competition. The winning teams even walk away with cash prizes.

The Leadership in Business Conference (LIBC) is for senior high school students who are preparing for the next step in their education. High school students from across Ontario join 150 Wilfrid Laurier University students to compete in a business case study competition and gain business acumen.

The Queen’s Leadership, Excellence and Development Conference (QLEAD) brings together hundreds of inspired high school students to develop their leadership skills and gain a better understanding of the business world. This three-day conference allows delegates to connect with one another and, given their QLEAD alumni network, are able to remain connected long after.
Youth Leadership Camps Canada (YLCC) runs the Ontario Student Leaders Conference (OSLC) that attracts over 2200 high school students from across Ontario to engage, inspire and teach students to be future leaders.
