Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Members
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 3 p.m. for the purposes of:
- Electing four (4) members of the Council.
- Hearing and receiving the financial reports and statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the report of the auditor thereon.
- Appointing the auditor for the corporation and authorizing the Council to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
The AGM will be a hybrid meeting, enabling members to attend virtually via live webcast or in person. All members in good standing as of September 7, 2026, are entitled to attend this meeting and to vote once online voting opens.

In-Person Attendance
The AGM will be held at 69 Bloor Street East, Toronto. Doors open at 2 p.m. On-site attendance will be limited by capacity, so we encourage you to register early.
Advance Question Submission
Questions will be invited from those attending in person, as well as those joining virtually. However, to ensure we get to as many questions as possible, you are encouraged to submit your question in advance upon registration. We will answer as many questions as time permits.
