Our nation’s accounting professionals - CAs, CGAs and CMAs - are unifying as one single, strong profession under the banner of Chartered Professional Accountants. In Ontario, all of our Members will carry a CPA in addition to their legacy designation. A fully integrated website is now in development.

It’s time to vote on the First and Second Bylaws of 2014. The First and Second Bylaws of 2014 can be found here between now and the Annual General Meeting.
The Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2014, in Toronto, commencing at 4:30 p.m., at its offices located at 69 Bloor Street East, Toronto.
Voting on the First and Second Bylaws of 2014 by mail and online is available between 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2014 and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.

The Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Certified General Accountants of Ontario have signed the Second Unification Agreement in support of unification of the accounting profession in Ontario.
The 2014 Annual Report is now available.
The financial statements of CPA Ontario comprise the statement of financial position as at March 31, 2014 and the statements of revenues and expenses, changes in net assets, and cash flows for the 13-month period ended March 31, 2014, and a summary of accounting policies and other information.
