This is an exciting time for the accounting profession – not only in Ontario, but throughout Canada. Our nation’s accounting professionals - CAs, CGAs and CMAs - are unifying as one single, strong profession under the banner of Chartered Professional Accountants. In Ontario, all of our members carry a CPA in addition to their legacy designation.
This is an exciting milestone for the CPA profession - the first Annual Report of the unified CPA Ontario. It has been a formidable year for our members, students and stakeholders, as evidenced in this Annual Report.
The Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2015, in Toronto, commencing at 4:30 p.m., at its offices located at 69 Bloor Street East, Toronto.
Nominations are now invited for the 2015 Council election. Nominations, including those submitted by e-mail, must be received at CPA Ontario no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2015.
