<li>Simply select the desired hotel from the drop down menu, enter your travel dates and click on &ldquo;Check availability&rdquo;.</li>
<li>Then, select &ldquo;Add a code&rdquo; and enter the following corporate code: <strong>C18241</strong>.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Terms &amp; Conditions</h4>
<ul>
<li>Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Supplement for additional guests when room type permits.</li>
<li>Blackout dates apply.</li>
<li>Rates are net and non-commissionable, quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes and fees.</li>
<li>Offer valid until December 31, 2025.</li>
<li>Rates are not applicable for group travel or group reservations. Groups are defined to be 10 rooms or more per night, or 25 room nights cumulative and 6 rooms or more per night for Le Germain Hotel Quebec. Groups have distinct attrition and cancellation policies which must be adhered to.</li>
<li>Enjoy these exclusive rates for leisure travel.</li>
<li>When accompanied by an adult, children of 17 years and under stay for free.</li>
<li>Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $30 cleaning fee will be charged per stay.</li>
<li>All of our properties are smoke-free.</li>
