Why should I mentor?

Mentorship is a two-way relationship that is valuable to both the prospective CPA and the mentor. By choosing to become a mentor you are achieving a milestone in your career while inspiring prospective CPAs to reach the next level of their journey and fulfil their potential. Mentors grow their professional leadership skills, help to guide a student through the CPA certification program and have the unique opportunity to learn from someone who may have a different perspective and background.
