IMPORTANT UPDATE: Initially, we planned for two separate ceremonies – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to consolidate these into a single ceremony which we believe will enhance our attendees' overall experience.
Convocation will take place from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes early to check-in.
Alongside the ceremony, we will be hosting a reception from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. where our successful CFE writers can celebrate this milestone with family, friends and colleagues.
No one under the age of 19 is permitted to attend the Convocation ceremony.
While attendance at Convocation is optional, we highly recommend participating as it provides your only chance to celebrate your success along with your peers. Regrettably, there is no alternative date if you cannot attend.
Light refreshments will be available during the reception from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
During the registration process you will be able to include any food allergies or dietary restrictions (not preferences), or special requirements at the bottom of the registration page under Special Assistance and Dietary Restrictions.
There will not be a dinner and dance. However, we will have a reception alongside the ceremony where light refreshments will be served.
Successful CFE writers will be seated alphabetically by last name. Guest seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The ceremony will not be webcast however it will be photographed. By registering for this event, you consent to the use of any photographs or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
