Tools and Techniques for the New Auditor

This newly designed four-day program is essential learning for all new auditors. It introduces the various assurance engagements accountants may be required to perform. Using a case study approach. tt explores the risk-based audit approach, and explains how to recognize common risks and objectives for each audit area. You will learn how to effectively and efficiently create working paper documentation to demonstrate the nature, timing and extent of procedures performed and review active listening techniques that will enhance your ability to gather relevant and reliable audit evidence through client interviews.

Certificate of Completion in Lean Six Sigma Essentials 


Quality management and process excellence offer a framework that allows a business to systematically manage the organization’s reason for existence: value creation and growth. The key enabler of this transformation is the Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools that assists teams to deliver: value for customers, generate returns for shareholders, and create an empowering workplace environment for employees.
